Once you register for resident access, your login name is your email address that you used when you registered.
What should I do if I decide to sell my property?
Please have your listing agent(realtor) notify the OCBCA clerk as soon as possible so we can provide him or her with important information they will need for the closing to take place.
Do I have to register my golf cart/scooter/ATV yearly?
According to our rules ALL golf carts, scooters, and ATV's must be registered yearly. The deadline for 2009 registration is May 25, 2009. You may go into the library section of the website and print a copy of the registration form, complete as required and mail application with fee to: OCBCA Security, PO Box 10, Old Lyme, CT 06371. If you have any questions please contact the board.

You must resize your photos to be less than 2MB each in size.
