New Features Added To The Website

We are excited to add the following new features to our website, www.oldcolonybeach.org.

1. Real Estate Listings.  We can now post homes for sale or rent on our home page for everyone to see.  Please email Scott Beard, scottbeard@charter.net  , website administrator for information to pass along to your Realtor.

2. Service Directory.  Need a good plumber, landscaper or house cleaner?  We now have a directory where you can look up service providers that others have used in the association that were satisfied with their work.  Please forward any good providers you think should be included to scottbeard@charter.net .

3. Resident Directory.  Looking to contact an OCBCA resident but don't know their number? You can now go to the directory button on the home page and search for residents who have registered on the website.  You can also send them an message right from the directory!

4. Profile Page.  Once you have logged in to the website you can click on your name at the top right of the screen to access your profile page.  Here you can update your phone number, address, and email.  You can also create classified ads and photo galleries here. This is were you can also turn on the email preference alerts so you can receive notification any time a document, news item or classified is added to the website. This is also the location where you can view any messages that were sent to you from the resident directory.
