LEGAL NOTICE By OLD LYME BOARD OF SELECTMEN
 
Pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes Section 7-163e, a public hearing will be conducted concerning a proposed lease to SBA Towers II, LLC of a 75 ft x75 ft portion of the premises at 14 Cross Lane, Old Lyme owned by the Town of Old Lyme for location of a telecommunications facility (cell tower).  Said public hearing will be held on January 19, 2010 at 6 pm in the first floor Meeting Hall of the Old Lyme Town Hall, 52 Lyme Street, Old Lyme, CT  06371.
