What street will be open for the Summer 2025 season?
Brookside Ave will be open.
Beginning Memorial Day weekend security will observe every vehicle entering the complex, if the vehicle does not have an OCBCA window sticker attached to the front windshield or a guest pass the driver will need to wait for a guest pass to be issued on the spot. OCBCA window stickers can be issued to any family member. All Board members have stickers available.
How do I signup for OCBCA community information emails?
It’s easy just click OCBCA email Signup fill in required information and hit the Subscribe button.
How do I change my Password, Email Address or my other information?
You can change all of your profile information with the exception of your User Name, the username you chose during registration cannot be changed. You can change Your Name, Email address, Street address, City, State, Zip, Phone Number and Password. You have to be logged in (as you are now) to change any profile information. From any page, click on your name on top right corner of the screen, type the data to be changed once satisfied with your changes, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Update Profile” button at bottom of page. How do I change my Username (Login ID)?
The system does not allow for a Username / Login ID to be changed. However, we can delete you account and start fresh. Send an email to webmaster@oldcolonybeach.org and request that your account be deleted. The Webmaster can also create the new account for you, just send that information along as well.

How do we contact a board member?
Go to the Contact Us tab and click on Board of Governors the website and choose Board of Governors from the drop down menu. An email will be sent to all board members and the appropriate member will contact you.

Where do I find the rules and regulations of Old Colony Beach?
Visit the Association Library, there you will find various tabs like General Documents where you will find documents like the By-Laws, Ordinances as well as downloadable forms and permit applications, there are also Board of Governors Meeting Minutes, Semi-Annual Meeting Minutes, Treasurer Reports & Budgets and many other documents.

Do I have to register my golf cart/scooter/ATV?
According to our rules ALL golf carts, scooters, mopeds, and ATV’s must be registered . It is a one time registration, if you registered in past years and received a license plate you are all set.
The deadline for registration is May 1st. In the Association Library you will find General Documents print the registration form, complete as required and mail application with fee to: OCBCA Security, PO Box 10, Old Lyme, CT 06371 or hand it to a Board Member.
